Relationships Group

Maybe you have trouble getting the words to come out right when you're arguing with your partner. (You have a lot of good stuff to say...but in the moment you don't express it the way you want to, and your partner always ends up out-arguing you.)

Or maybe you're trying to figure out how to STOP doing what you always do in relationships, whether it's shutting down, getting defensive, shouting, people-pleasing, saying things you instantly regret, or becoming angry when really you're hurt.

Or: maybe you have trouble trusting others, which keeps you in a disconnected place. You want to have relationships/friendships that feel real and fulfilling but they take so much damn WORK, and when it comes time for vulnerability you want to run far, far away.

Group work is SUCH an effective way to see our own relationship patterns in 3D -- our strengths as well as the mistakes we make over and over. And not only do we get clarity on these patterns, but we get to shift them and practice new skills IN REAL TIME. It's like an interpersonal lab, and everything you learn about yourself translates to the rest of your life.

Group can help you:

  • Feel reconnected to yourself & what you truly want
  • Find the right words to express yourself
  • Examine what gets in the way of feeling close to others
  • Let go of the obsession with how others perceive you
  • Develop greater self-confidence

I currently have two relationships groups running. One meets weekly on Tuesdays 5:30-6:45p, and the other meets weekly on Thursdays from 4:15-5:30p.

Cost: $60 per session.

If you're curious to learn more, fill out the interest form. Together we can figure out whether a group like this would be a good fit for you and your goals. I'll reach out by e-mail and/or phone so that I can assess whether group is the best choice and answer any questions you have. From there we can decide what makes sense. Space is limited.

If now's not the right time, feel free to stay in touch about future offerings by signing up for my e-newsletter at the bottom of this page.
